How to update the credit/debit card linked to your recurring invoices?

The Clever Robot Inc. uses ‘Freshbooks Accounting” to manage invoices. To update the card associated with your account simply open one of your invoices in your favorite internet browser and follow these steps. Screenshot also added to help visualize the steps.

Step One: Hover over your current card and a “little trash can” icon will appear. Click this to delete the current card.
Step Two: Click the link “Update Credit Card” and you will be able to add a new card to your account.

How do I backup my website?
You can back up your website and/or download a backup of your website at any time through your Clever Hosting Control Panel. The links provided below go to pages with detailed instructions. First identify which server your website is on. We currently operate servers on two networks. Please login to the appropriate one for your project or website. You should have received an email for your login when your account was created and an invitation to create your login on the server. NOTE: this is NOT your website’s login. To create a new password simply click the “Lost Password” link located on the login screen of the servers below. Your email address will be the one assigned to your account.
